Little River Inn Resort Condos for Sale

Just a few miles north of North Myrtle Beach, the peaceful town of Little River offers a respite from the noise and traffic of the big city.  The cozy little town offers the area’s only casino boats, fresh fish markets, some of the best restaurants, and is the home of the annual Blue Crab Festival.

Formerly, the Little River Golf Course, the 20-year-old resort has been stunningly landscaped to be reminiscent of the beautiful greens of the old golf course.
The Little River Resort’s HOA is well run and pro-active. There are 2 community pools, one provides shade and the other enjoys the sun and a Jacuzzi too.  There is an adult game court or shuffleboard, volleyball, and jogging, as well as two recently upgraded tennis courts. Well-lit, the resort is a great place for a leisurely stroll amongst the flowers and trees. Although it is not gated, you will feel comfortably safe at home. The HOA welcomes pets and encourages community activities such as cookouts and get-togethers. Anyone in the community is invited to attend open board meetings and speak. HOA fees are quite reasonable and because Little River is outside of city limits property taxes are incredibly low.
