There is an adult game court or shuffleboard, volleyball, and jogging, as well as two recently upgraded tennis courts. Well-lit, the resort is a great place for a leisurely stroll amongst the flowers and trees. Although it is not gated, you will feel comfortably safe at home. HOA fees are quite reasonable and because Little River is outside of city limits property taxes are incredibly low. Most common are the 1-bedroom units, many on the ground floor, as large as 750 square feet. A few rare 2-bedroom lofts offering remarkable open floor plans and skylights can be found. There are 2-bedroom ground floor units and a few 2-bedroom units that have an “A-frame” floor plan. A few 3-bedroom units can be found in the back of the complex, with a view of the back pool. All units but the “A-frames” have either a screened-in porch or a cement patio. Recently, some of the condos have turned the patios into glassed in “Florida Rooms.” Prices start in the low $50,000’s for the smaller condos.
